Only see the General 1 rates of Duty  ,
Find the same or most similar HS Code rate of duty

If the general rate of duties with a "/"

You will see another HS code  99038803

Step 5
Enter the whole HS code 99038803 ,and search ,
Will find the The duty provided in the applicable subheading + 25% Affected by China -USA trade war .

The reference duties = 3.9%+ 25% =28.9%
