Express delivery process

If you want to send goods, you can refer to the following process operation:




1. Consultation and inquiry

Contact the customer service personnel of Tengyi logistics to provide the weight, volume (length * width * height), destination country and category of goods to be delivered. Our customer service personnel will help you choose the most suitable and cost-effective transportation mode for your reference.

3. Confirm order delivery

After determining the delivery price and channel, determine how to pick up the goods.

4. Sorting out data and customs declaration

The sender provides documents such as commercial invoice and customs declaration information. Tengyi logistics service personnel will assist you to complete the data sorting and customs declaration operation.

5. Warehousing and delivery order No

After the delivery data is ready, our operator will arrange scanning into the warehouse, and after entering the warehouse to print the order, we will provide the delivery order number and the surface list to the sender. Through the order number, you can track the logistics information, customer service will also timely feedback to you.

6. Normal transport

The mainland channel goods are usually transshipped directly from Shenzhen or Guangzhou, while the Hong Kong channel goods will pass through Hong Kong first and then from Hong Kong.

7.Arrival at destination, customs clearance
After the flight arrives in the destination country, the recipient will clear the goods to the customs in the destination country.

8. Delivery

After customs clearance, the express company usually delivers the goods on the same day, and the goods arrive at all destinations in 2-7 days.

9. Sign for

The receiver signs in time and gives feedback to the sender. The whole process is completed. If you don't sign for the first time, please contact customer service in time.
